Erro ao adicionar visual

Quando vou em obter novos visuais e seleciono qualquer um, aparece o seguinte erro:

It was an known issue internal which has been sumbited previously.(ICM: 178167971).

The reason that cause your network restricts the below website visit:

https://store.office.com/gyro/powerbiclient?client=Any_PowerBI&ui=en-US#/

You can try to open it in browsers to check whether it works which is essentially the page we're trying to open in Power BI Desktop.

If it does, please contact your IT administrator to check it.

In addition, you can use a general workaround, download the custom visual from the website and import to Power BI Desktop, it should work.
