Enterprise Gateway Issue

Hi Team,

I am configuring PowerBI enterprize gateway on my remote desktop machine it is giving issue as :-

error msg

But when i am configuring the same using personal gateway it is running & configuring fine.

Please suggest what can be the possible fixes done

The screesnhot is not very clear. Please share below logs with us: 

Installer logs:

%localappdata%\Temp\On-premises_data_gateway_*.log

Configuration logs: 

%localappdata%\Microsoft\On-premises Data Gateway\GatewayConfigurator*.log
