Enhance Dataverse connector to add maximum rows retrieved parameter

Add a new parameter to the Dataverse connector to allow the maximum rows retrieved from the source database, before it is manipulated in PowerBi.  Particularly useful for PowerBi Desktop which is often accessed over a WAN or Internet connection, resulting in PowerBi Desktop becoming unresponsive (particularly with large datasets).
