Empty Username input selection for Credit Counting

Hi all,

today I'm not able to see Username selection for Credi Counting tool.
The selection is empty and even if I write my TM username I cannot see any selection.

Please, could you help me?

Hi v-yingjl, 
it's desktop version. When I click to open Username selection I cant' see anything, It showes a total blank rectagle wihtout any list of users. Even if i write my TMs' username in the search it doesn't show anything.
