Emissions Impact Dashboard Data Refresh Issue

I setup the Emissions Impact Dashboard app and it was working well until two days ago.   It's now throwing an error:

Data source errorExpression.Error: The column '<ccon>DateKey' of the table wasn't found.. DateKey. </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: DimDate.

Any idea on what needs to be done to resolve this?

Hi  @jeanloz

1. Is the dashboard a combination of multiple reports?
2. What are the corresponding data sources?
3. Can the reports related to this dashboard be refreshed normally?
4. Are all the data sources associated with this dashboard working properly?

Same issue, started last week. Updated the app, but nothing has changed.

Updated on the 13th July - getting same error - clearly there is something wrong with the update. Also tried to install a new instance of app and got the same error. Next time I will install a new instance of app as a test ! 🙂

Hi, dear community members,

I am facing the same issues in one of my report.

When I refresh the datas at Power BI Desktop, it woks fine.

But getting similar error at power bi service - for both on demand refresh and schedule refresh.

It says, they are not getting a column in the table, but IT EXISTS THERE 🙂

Problem seems to have been solved.

The Emissions Impact Dashboard now refreshes without any issues.

I confirm, it's now working. It was not working for me since July, 11.

Great news!

HI @jeanloz

I've seen feedback from some users that the issue has been resolved, is it working properly on your end?
