Embedded in PPT and Sharepoint - Others cannot see my reports

Good afternoon - 

We are centrailizing our data into PowerBI, I have a pro license and have published to PowerBI Online, I have also used the embed live data into our weekly PPT status reports and on our Sharepoint Dashboard -- however, I am the only one that can see the reports. Others have tried (have pro license) and get an error that the need the Pro license, others that just have Power BI basic (with our Microsoft suite) cannot see it either. This is impacting the ability to have a centralized place for reports or reporting out. Since we need to convert to PDF PPT's -- not ideal. Any suggestions would be helpful as we are kicking off another project and have determined this is the path foward we want to utilize.

If you want to share the report via PPT and Sharepoint , licenses and permissions are important .

If your report is in shared capacity(Pro or PPU lisense) , then the users who want to access your report need Pro or PPU license . If your report is in Premium capacity , there is no license requirement for users .

The users we mentioned above usually belong to a single tenant. If you need to share to an external user, then you also need to invite the external user to your tenant and then do the sharing .
