Dynamic RLS External User not working

I tried a lot of times but the part where you do RLS and you say that by updating/sharing the app the external user can only see his data (accordingly to the RLS) is just not working with me. First I had with some dax code extracting the last part of our company emailadress which was then used to filter the data on company. But after trying so much went for the straight email link to company like in the example (user table) and still it didn't work.

Does this issue occur in power bi desktop or in power bi service? If in service, please check if the external user account has been added to the role.

@v-yuta-msft in the service, external account has been added to the role.

But I think the problem is that when you share an app for other users (external domain) when they open and install this app they become admin of the workspace/app that is installed and therefor even when you have added them to the role, they will see all data.

So saying like in this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/whitepaper-azure-b2b-power-bi#case-study-building...

it just works, isn't correct, or I am doing something wrong, but I don't see what.
