I've created a matrix to display maintenance hours based on warehouse, client, and asset type.
When the user clicks the [+] icon, the matrix drills down to display a mailto URL - as displayed below:
Is there any way to format that URL? I'd like to show the customers first and last name, while maintaining the hyperlink to their mailto email address. I've found countless examples of how to achieve this when the URL is in a matrix column, but never once in a row.
Literally the only way I've found to change it from "mailto: hyperlink" is by adjusting the URL icon setting in the matrix visual properties:

Can anybody shed any light on how to format a hyperlink in a Matrix ROW, please!?
