Deployment Pipelines - Compare not working between Dev and Test Only

When I compare between Dev and Test in Deployment Pipelines, the Dev workspace does not allow for me to show all my content when I attempt to scroll down. I can only scroll all the way down and see all content in my Development workspace when I am not comparing to Test workspace. I can only tell what is new/different if it is showing in the list, but the list of 12 reports is being cut off and the scroll bar is not allowing me to scroll to see additional reports when comparing between test.
