Hello,
Previously, it was possible to have a filter in any given report where a value was set to "select all." Now, it appears that if a default value is set for that particular measure, all of my reports have reverted to the default. It is now no longer possible to toggle off of "default" for these measures, such as the one depicted below.
When I try "select all" it does not allow for any change. This is a bug introduced with July 2018 update to PowerBI. The workaround is to first “uncheck” the default value in the list of values, but that is incredibly time intensive and not always possible if the list contains thousands of values.
