Dataset Refresh failure within PowerBI Service (Premier)

Hello,

I'm having an issue with refreshing a dataset within the Power BI Service.  The refresh runs successfully within Power BI desktop, but I'm using the new incremental feature within Power BI -

The error that I'm receiving is as follows:

The XML for Analysis request timed out before it was completed.  Timeout value: 3600 seconds.

With that said, is there a place where I can edit the timeout property within the PowerBI service?  The pbix file is only 30MB in size (when zipped).

Time out value can be set in the query editor
