Datamart credentials issue

Hi team , 

I am currently facing the problem to refresh datamarts. I took over the datamart and have all the credentials but the datamart is failing to refresh. It doesn't allow me to edit the credentials. Authentication method is greyed out as well. Any solution is kinly appreciated.

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it. 

The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient!

any update on this issue? I have the same issue - credential failed and the authentication dropbox is empty so that I can't update the credential.
