Dataflow refresh error

Since night all of my dataflow refreshes end up with "Internal Error". When I try to edit my dataflow it doesn't load any data, freezes for one minute and then says "We encountered an unexpected error". The same behaviour is for all dataflows I tried. Please help.

Suddenly it is working correctly now...
