Dataflow failed - Internal Error

I'm unable to refresh my dataflow consitently. It will (mostly randomly) fail with an internal Any idea how to fix it?

 

Here's the most recent failure:
Error: Internal error Request ID: bbb52fe1-1367-80a3-5ea0-cc76edb863ef Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
