Dataflow Pending Validation

Since a few days we have some users complaining about dataflow connected to our BW system throwing the following message: 

And when trying to change the dataflow, they can't as it is showing a status "Pending Validation" 

Any idea what the issue is ?

According to my research, waiting too long in the “Pending Validation” seems to be a common issue in the Power BI dataflow, and Power BI is planning to announce a new function called: Background validation for dataflows

This function will allow users to save a data flow, leave the screen, and continue working. Validation now takes place in the background so users can save the data flow without friction.

Thanks for the answer but the issue is not about waiting too long, the status "Pending Validation" is pemanently there, so dataflow is not changeable anymore.

Since I can’t reproduce the same issue as yours, I think opening a support ticket to get the direct support form Microsoft is a good choice to solve your problem as soon as possible:
