Data refresh issue

My QBO dataset suddenly cannot be refreshed.  

Below is the error:

Data source error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://quickbooks.api.intuit.com/v3/company/515408195/query?query=SELECT%20Id%2CName%2CSubClass%2CF...' (400): Bad Request. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.
