Data Refreshing Issue

I don't know why, but I have to use a Desktop Client from Oct 2021 to refresh a specific report. The client for June 2022 is still  giving me these errors and any help would be appreciated:

Hi @Joseph_Chau 

Can you refresh your data normally before ? What is your data source ? What is the connection mode you connect to your data source ? No related known issues have been found so far .

Yes I was able to refresh before.

 

With my report, I can make changes to the visuals, measurements, and publish without any issues. The only issue I have is when I try to refresh the data before publishing onto my workspace. Once its been published to my workspace, I can then refresh the dataset on the web with no issues.

Hi @Joseph_Chau 

So you can refresh normally on the Service, but an error is reported when you refresh on the Desktop? Did you make changes to your Desktop? Like updating to the June version?

Yes, the issue is when I try to refresh using the June Desktop Version. If I refresh using the Oct 2021 Desktop version, there are no issues.

Hi @Joseph_Chau 

The June version has some problems when opening report or loading data. It is currently being fixed. If there is any news, I will come back and reply. The current solution is to downgrade to a Desktop that you can use normally.

This issue has been fixed , please update your Desktop to latest version and try again .
