Dashboard Refresh Issue

I'm having an issue refreshing dashboard tiles. I can refresh data and reports, but my dashboard tiles don't refresh unless I repin them. While this is the official solution listed for troubleshooting this issue, in my opinion, that's not really a viable option. It doesn't address the actual issue that the tiles should be refreshing, but they aren't. I've also heard that filters could impact it (they aren't in this case) and that I should submit a ticket (I can't because I don't have the premium version). 

 

Any idea how to fix this? Without an automated refresh, this product has very limited utility.

I cannot repro the same issue as you. Can you confirm the dataset and report have been updated successfully?

On my side, once the dataset is refresh manually or automatically, the dashboard tiles always can be refreshed within 15 minutes. I tired more than 3 times.

BTW, have you tried to click the “Refresh dashboard tiles” button?

 @v-haibl-msft Hi Herbert -- Thanks for looking into this. I've tried everything (waiting 15 minutes, refresh dashboard tiles) and they will not refresh unless I re-pin them. I'm not sure if maybe it's not a system-wide issue, but an account level issue? I don't know how to tell you to recreate this if it is working for you, but maybe other users have had the same issue and have found a way to resolve it?
