DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage - Timeout

Hi,

In Power Query we merge data from SAP and Azure SQL Database.

In Power BI Desktop everything works perfectly once steps are applied and data refreshed within couple of minutes.

However, once published to Power BI Service and gateway set, refresh fails within 1 minute.
Timeout of Azure SQL database table is set to 10 minutes, there is no option to set timeout for SAP data source.

I was having the same issue. The trail of links that you follow from the anwser above basically says that it is a gateway issue. 

1. Try restrating gateway,
2. reinstalling
3. if you have a personal and enterprise gateway they cause issues with each other

I fixed mine by updating the gateway.
