Custom formatting of report lost when exported to PDF

I am having trouble with some visuals when exporting the published report to PDF. The exported PDF look different than what the actual Power BI report show, eg. pie chart rotations but not rotation of lables, colors of KPI indicators, number of digits in columns, units of certain column....

I have noticed this for two different Power BI visuals 'Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1' and 'Pie chart'.

As far as I troubleshooted for the 'Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1 ' one it does reset the Metrix specific custom settings when exporting to PDF.

Here is one example:

Published Power BI visual

and how it looks after export to PDF 😞 :

Would really appreciate if someone knows how to fix this.

I tried to restore the scenario you mentioned but failed, can you provide the settings for your visual formatting settings for refrence?
