Custom Tooltip Pages not popping up in Power BI Service
Looks like this might have been an issue that was fixed back in 2018, but it seems to be reoccuring again.
I have a report that uses custom tooltips that pop up a page. They have recently stopped working. Only the Standard "Text" Tooltip will now pop up when hovering over the ? symbol. The tooltips work in the Desktop version.
Is there any chance that this a newly introduced bug having something to do with the Formatting page changes?

Same issue had been submited internal(ICM:295541093), the fix for this issue has been under producing and some regions like Central US etc. has been released, so stay tuned.
