Copy Visual as image not working - something went wrong

In the last few days, we are no longer able to use the Copy Visual as image icon on visuals in our reports and apps.  The error returned just says 'something went wrong'.

Same here. In a combined report of 7 pages (one grid or matrix per page, each reading from the same query in the model), 4 out of 7 have this issue. I also noticed that if the export is not working, the Pin to Dashboard feature is not working as well.

We are having the same problems on ALL visuals published to an App. I can't figure out how to submit a ticket for this specific item. Any suggestions?

I am literally going into each page, duplicate it, delete the visuals and recreate them from scratch by adding one column at a time until I figure out what breaks them! What a pain...

There is another thread going on the same topic.  One person indicated "Resolved removing the visual's title."  I can confirm that removing the visual's title on the report solved (for me) both the ability to pin to a dashboard and the ability to copy the visual.

This has not been Delivered or resolved.

 

The issue is, as stated above, with titles.

 

The cards and tables visuals, without a title are working fine, even the visuals themselves after removing the title works.

 

It does need fixing though as we can't just go back to all reports and remove titles from each visual.

ISSUE HAS RETURNED!!!

 

This issue has reared it's head again.  It is no longer fixed.  It is doing the same thing "Something went wrong" when you try to copy visual.

 

Please help!!!

This community seems to be very keen on workarounds as resolutions. A workaround is not a resolution nor is the issue fixed. A workaround is the community finding a way to deal with Microsoft inadequacy but not a problem resolution.
