Connection problems to app.powerbi.com

We have the problem to connect to app.powerbi.com. Our desktops with browsers and mobile apps have problems loading reports. The issue appears with various internet providers and operators. We stand in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The site if power bi service app.powerbi.com can be opened and all reports can be loaded without any problems on my side. Is there any error message on your side?

We just cannot rich app.powerbi.com when we use a web browser on desktop computers. If we use the mobile power bi application on android, we just cannot update our reports. Sometimes power bi application print message “app.powerbi.com can’t be rich”. Strangely, but iPhones do not have similar problems.
