I have a measure called Icon Measure whose DAX is: if([Measure A]=[MeasureB],1,0). I am then using that measure to apply conditional formatting (green checkmarks) to a matrix visual. In Desktop, it is working great! I checked the published version of the report today before rolling it out next week, and all my checkmarks are gone. I have republished; it didn't work. I have cleared the caches, and republished; it didn't work. I opened edit mode on PBI Service and confirmed that the conditional formatting option for icons is turned on and that the rules are stll set up the same as in my desktop report.
I have no idea why these icons aren't showing up, and while they are not critical to the report, they certainly enhance its readability.
Any help is appreciated.
