Conditional Formatting not working in Power BI Service

The conditional formatting is no longer visible in the Dashboard view of Power BI Service. However, if you click into the underlying report, then it is visible. This is a problem to our users who only want the dashboard view on their mobile. I searched the forum and found older issues which suggested clearing the data cache as a solution. This did not work for me. Please look into this and resolve.

Hi  @CKGZA ,

Please provide your version information and some detailed screenshots of the error (be careful not to include sensitive information) to describe the problem.
I tried to do a simple test but it doesn't seem to reproduce the problem, any more information would be great.

I am also seeing broken conditional formatting where colour has been applied to a the background of cells in a table visual pinned from a report to a dashboard.  The report itself displays fine and the problem is in the dashboard and also in any email subscription from the dashboard.  Previously this happened occasionally and it seemed possible to fix by deleting the tile and repinning from the visual in the report.  Now this does not fix the issue.
