Cannot submit Support Ticket

When trying to submit a support ticket here:

 

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/ticket/

 

Nothing is listed in the drop downs for Problem Type or Category and so you cannot actually submit a support ticket because they are required.

Hi @Greg_Deckler,

 

Based on my test, it's able to select the Problem Type and Category values when creating a support ticket now. Please test again on your side.
