Cannot raise support ticket!!!!

I'd love to raise a support ticket.

But I can't because:

"Error loading questions. Try again shortly."

This is on:

I'm suffering pretty major and sporadic issues around Failure to Authenticate against MS SQL Server in the PBI Service... but can't log a ticket.

We have pro, but I'm not an admin of 365 tennant, so can't log a ticket that way.

PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE!!!!

I tested with a Pro account which is not Office 365 admin, it's able to create a support ticket. Please try again.
