Cannot load model

Getting an error that my Azure and Sharepoint datasets can not be loaded into Power BI Service. I also cannot check the connection in the dataset settings. The error:

Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again

this is a known issue

Power BI customers using Gen2 Premium capacities or Premium Dataflows may see delayed load times or refresh failures. The issue is currently being addressed as part of Azure Engineers efforts to address residual impact from an earlier Azure Active Directory incident. Additional updates can be found here
