Cannot connect to SharePoint data sources. Details are not being authenticated

I'm tryng to connect to my organisational sharepoint account and it keeps telling me it could not authenticate my user credentials. I have the same account for accessing creating and editing sharepoint files on on the organisational sharepoint so I don't know why i can't link these. I've tried forcing a connection through multiple methods and using multiple data source settings. I feel like I've tried everything with it.
