Cannot change and delete Measure when compare value to text

I will try to edit DAX in the last line but when I change this DAX

PowerBI popup the error follow on below.

Now I cannot change or delete this measure,
I think a cause of this problem because I fix the value in text "N/A",

 

please help

Hi @HelloTheSun ,

 

VALUES() is converting text type to number type and in your switch(), "" is used, which will lead to inconsistency, please try the same data type.
