Can't open my dashboard

My PowerBi desktop version crashed a couple of times yesterday, it autorecovered fine and I saved the autorecovered version. But now I get two error messages and it can't open.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please Update Power BI Desktop to the latest version.
If the report was already deployed to Power BI service before, try downloading the report and opening it in Power BI desktop.
Run Power BI Desktop with administrator privileges.
Make sure the latest windows patch and .net version is in use.
Reinstall Power BI and try again.
