BUG: Drill Downs Prevent Chart from Showing Blank with No Values

Having drill-down turned on is preventing my chart visual from updating to show blank if there are no rows in my sub-table that the chart is using should the master table's slicer be changed such that this table has no information. Please see the link below for details and sample file:
