Calculation group impacts performance

Hi All,
I have a scenario where i am using Calculation group (for Example) for calculating one KPI. But it is very slow when compared to doing the same with a measure. Can anyone please guide me what i am missing here.

The situation looks like the DAX query in your second matrix is taking too long. Is your DAX complex and has a lot of repetitive queries? You need to optimize the DAX you wrote to minimize duplicate queries and use aggregate queries.
