Bullet Chart by OKViz will not move

I'm trying to use the Bullet Chart by OKViz custom visual. However, I cannot move it. I just downloaded the latest version and am on the September version of PBI and I cannot get it to move. I can click on it and it appears to make the "handles," and I can change the size of it, but I cannot move it. I can copy and paste it, but then I cannot move it. I also cannot delete it, so now I have two copies on top of each other and cannot delete either one. Is anyone else experiencing this issue. It makes this visual completely unuseable. Thanks for any help.

I can right click and click remove and then it deletes it, but I cannot select it and then hit the delete key.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue with this Bullet Chart by OKViz custom visual in Power BI desktop 2.62.5222.761 64-bit (September 2018). 

Do you run the same Power BI desktop version as ours? Please run same desktop version and restart your machine and test again. 

If issue persists, is it possible if you could share the pbix file with us?

Yes, I am on the current version of desktop: Version: 2.62.5222.761 64-bit (September, 2018)

What version of the bullet hcart by OKViz are you using? I am using 2.1.6. Perhaps I should try the old version 2.1.5.0?

So, this is weird. I had this problem for two days in a row. I opened my file today and tried it and can now move the visual. Arg.
