Bug with Merging tables

I am loading a table, merging it with another and the data is only loading 1,000 records (there should be 11,597). They are pulling from Access .mdb files and using a Left Outer Join. I ran the query in Access and it works fine. Is there a bug???

Hi,

I am still facing this issue in Power BI Desktop - as soon as I add the "Expand columns" step, it only pull 1000 rows from the daabase (in my case, a SQL database).

The issue has dissapeared from the Support site?
