Bug in Line Chart Analystics tools

I found a bug in Line Chart Visual - Analystics tools 
The Target is 45M, however the line is not in a right place. 
I'm not sure should I report this isse here, would any BI developer fix it?

I tried to restore your scene, but failed, can you provide your pbix file(remove sensitive info) for reference ?

O really sorry, It's my false. 

It's due to I misuse the second axis.

This issue is now fixed.
