I am bringing in data from a Salesforce object and making a few edits in the query portion of PowerBI Desktop. I edit my query and try to remove duplicates, then click "Close and Apply." However, the edits are not made (duplicates are not removed). I can confirm this because I can also copy the data into Excel and it finds several duplicates.
Currently, my workaround is to load the data via Excel, remove duplicates manually, and then load that data into PowerBI Desktop.
