Billing problems

Everytime we try to upgrade to a pro plan, we get the following error:

How do we actually upgrade?

Subscriptions within PowerBI panel is blank (tested on chrome & safari. Screenshot attached)

Could you please try it in a different network environment? If you have issue open the page in office, you can try it at home.
