***BUG*** Fix card spacing/padding/centering issue

Not sure exactly when this started, but I've noticed that the card visual no longer centers values correctly in the space allotted and leaves excess blank space. My guess is this may be related to padding or something, but it is really unfortunate. Here's an example:

1. Initially, cards have excess space at the top.
2. If you try to resize the visual to compensate, the bottom of the text gets cut off.
3. I've even tried to deactivate the data label, turn on the title, and then resize the visual to hide the excess space between title and number, but the result is far from pretty

Really hope Microsoft fixes this as it makes using cards frustrating. What I'd REALLY love to see would be a setting that lets users control padding/margin and distance between titles/labels, but I'll take what I can get.

Thanks for your feedback! According to the test, there is a minimum width and height for the number area of card visuals. These padding values should be by design. Please submit your ideas in Power BI Ideas or vote for similar ideas there. Thanks in advance!

@v-cazheng-msft, thanks for the prompt reply. I would respectfully request that this status of Delivered be reevaluated. I'm not questioning the minimum height as I totally get why that's there.

What I'm flagging is the excess wasted space/padding at the top of a card that causes it to reach min. height sooner than it should and makes it impossible to center card values.

This is inconsistent with other Power BI visuals and is a real pain. The result is that cards are ALWAYS off-center, and this is clear when viewing the report compared to other visuals.

I don't believe what I'm requesting is a feature request because this is an issue with the card visual specifically that affects design rather than a new "nice to have."
