BI Service refresh failure

Currently getting refresh failures in the service, the gatweway is online, and all datasources are authenticating and connecting fine.

 

The error message I am getting is not very informatitve to diagnose further... anyone got ideas how to better diagnose these issues?

I would suggest you file a support ticket here. If you can share the gateway log, I will try to help.

Thanks, will look at doing for future reference, it seems, the issues have resolved themselves, once i removed Google Analytics as the datasource, it seems I was hitting GA API quotas (via the desktop) and thus assumed it was also affecting the BI Service as well...
