Please see this limitation about publishing to web:

• Reports using any Live Connection data source, including Analysis Services Tabular hosted on-premises, Analysis Services Multidimensional, and Azure Analysis Services.

Why would we be allowed to try out a feature like Azure Maps if we can't publish to web and see how it looks in a demo environment? Classic.
