Azure Databricks to Power Bi

Can we connect Azure Databricks to Power Bi  using connector to get 7,852million records?

will this have performace issue in Power BI?

Hi @prashanthp ,

 

It based on your Data Connectivity mode. For information about the difference between Import and DirectQuery, see Use DirectQuery in Power BI Desktop.

 

If you use import mode, you need to ensure that your data is compressed by the Power BI data engine to a size of no more than 1GB (Power BI Pro license) and up to 10GB for Power BI Premium licenses.

If you are using DQ mode, you need to consider the performance and load of the underlying data source.

 

 

Also:

The data that the Delta Sharing connector loads must fit into the memory of your machine. To ensure this, the connector limits the number of imported rows to the Row Limit that was set earlier.
