'Apply' button on dataset settings page does not enable when changes are made

When setting the gateway connections for a dataset in the settings page for a dataset with both on-premises and cloud data sources (e.g. dataflows), the Apply button remains greyed out if the Personal Cloud Connection option is selected before the gateway information has finished loading. For cloud only datasets, the apply button is not enabled until the ‘use an on-premises data source or VNet gateway' switch is turned off.

Can you provide details of the Power BI Service version so we can troubleshoot this issue specifically?
