App Subscriptions list for users

Power BI users can create subscriptions in workspace apps and do not require permissions in the workspace. However, they are currently unable to see a list of these subscriptions anywhere in the service. Please update the Preferences -> "Power BI subscriptions" list view to display all subscriptions created by the user, regardless of their access rights. Alternatively, update the list view to display subscriptions created in an app by users who do not have access permissions to the workspace.

Background:

We are a premium capacity with Pro users, and each of our 13 premium workspaces contains hundreds of reporting artifacts (both Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports). We distribute this content via Apps, and limit access to reporting content via audiences. We do not allow direct access to these workspaces. As a result, none of our users have workspace permissions, and are unable to see their app subscriptions in the Notifications\Power BI Subscriptions list. To view their subscriptions, they must open the subscribed report in the app, and access the Subscription pane to see if they are subscribed.

Hi  @smithjoe ,

If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may  vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
