Advanced filtering blank

I want to display the values searched in the text filter on the multi row card, but when nothing is searched in the filter, no information should appear on the multi row card. To achieve this, I used Advanced filtering. However, despite the settings, when no information is searched, all information is displayed on the multi row card. How can I resolve this issue?

A user reported that when using the advanced filter to choose when a field is blank, everything disappears from the table visual. The solution provided was to create a new measure to find blank values and use this measure in the table to limit rows.
