403 Forbidden Add rows to Dataset REST APP - Microsoft Fabric Community

Hello,

I am using PowerBI API to add row on the dataset by https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-developer-walkthrough-push-data-add-rows/

but i am getting following error.

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.WebException' occurred in System.dll

Additional information: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

- Is service broken? or this documentation need to change?
