virtual entities from finops into dataverse

Hi !

it seems to be a bug. we set up the VE from finops in order to be able to build a CRM report. Everything works fine. the VE are visible from the power platform (for exemple in power apps) but not from PowerBi desktop using both the comondataservice.data() or the sql.databases ()  connectors.

I found only one reference to this bug in last may. Should I open a ticket ?

The virtual tables are available only in legacy Common Data Service(Legacy) connector and not in the current Dataverse connector.

hi thanks for your answer. Still this is not a viable solution. At one moment the legacy connector will be removed for sure. Moreover, when you compare the two, you get more results with the old one than the new one. Last, the old one generates some errors on VE 😕
