tile not showing connected pivot chart preview

Hi,

I have a dashboard with multiple file connected to Excel file with data models, sitting on onedrive for business. These files have pivot charts. One of the tile shows the preview of this chart, however the other tile only shows a gray colored band.

what may be going worng with the tile not showing the pivot chart preview ? How can this be corrected?

What is the type of your pivot chart that cannot show properly in dashboard tiles? I tested with several ones but cannot repro on my side. Please refer to my screenshot below, and let me know if there is anything difference between our repro steps.
