report subscription issues

I have been receiving a subscribed report regularly, with moderately annoying issues at times that I've learned to compensate for. 

 

I just came back from a week of vacatiobn, and realized I have not gotten any emails for my subscribed report since the day i left work.  No alerts, no warning emails, nothing blocked by my spam system... just a big empty place where there should be a week's worth of emailed reports.

 

the reports are supposed to be sent to my o365 account, and then forwarded.  There is nothing in my o365 account either.

 

I'm finding it hard to keep using Power BI and advocating it to my peers when it seems to just stop working.  The last time I asked for help here, I got a single response which was ineffective, and then nothing since, which gives me concerns over my ability to get support.

 

I'm very confident I have not posted enough detail for someone to be able to assist, but I'm not sure what details I should be posting.

Hi @jtavolaro,

 

Please log on Power BI service and open the report, click "Subscribe" button, check if the subscribe is on now. Also please check if the dataset schedule refresh are successful these days, and if is there any updated data coming. 

 

You can manual refresh dataset then check if any subscribe sent to your email account.

I have already confirmed that the subscription is still on, and have gone through a manual refresh.
