"Report Usage Metrics" reports stopped updating after 17/07/2019

All our usage metrics stopped updating on our reports.

Either by accessing them using the metrics icon, or by going to "Shared with me" -> [Workspace name] -> "Report Usage Metrics" report.

Usage data is there in the reports including 17/07/2019, but nothing after that (and we know we had multiple users doing multiple access after 17/07/2019)

Hi, we are experiencing the same issue, no user usage metrics since 17/07 and we know for sure that people are actively using the dashboards including myself.

I'm having similar issue, no user metrics since July 19th.
